A cleanout is a different job from a pile in the garage. There's usually a date behind it: a closing, a new tenant, a lease that's up, or a family trying to settle a parent's house.
Before anything gets loaded, we go through it with you. Point out what stays, what family has spoken for, and what can go. Papers, photos and anything that looks like it matters get set aside, not tossed.
Then it's room by room until the place is clear. If you live out of town, say so up front and we'll work out how to keep you in the loop.

Property Cleanouts questions
How long does a whole-house cleanout take?+
It depends on the size of the place and how full it is. Once we've seen it, in person or in photos, you'll get an honest read on the time.
Do I have to be there?+
Not necessarily. Plenty of estate and rental cleanouts are done for people who live somewhere else. We'll agree on what to keep before any work starts.
What happens to things that are still in good shape?+
Tell us what you'd like done with them. Usable furniture and household goods don't have to end up at the landfill, and we'll talk through the options when you book.
Can you work with our realtor or property manager?+
Yes. If someone else is handling the sale or the rental, we can work out access and timing with them directly.
